ESS was born out of a dedication to the highest standards of customer service and developing strong, trusted relationships with our partners, acting as an additional arm to our client’s business to ensure the safety & security of their team and premises.

ESS head office is located in Norwich. We proudly serve both commercial and residential clients throughtout Norfolk, Suffolk, Cambridgeshire, and Essex. Offering full fire training and 24/7 call outs.

ESS offer full off site monitoring to allow our clients peace of mind knowing that their properties and assets are safe.

Using our extensive knowledge of fire, life safety and security systems, we design tailored, practical solutions that meet each client’s individual needs, allowing us to prevent problems before they occur.

We source, supply, and install products from our trusted partners, all of whom have been robustly evaluated.

We provide full customer aftercare including maintenance to achieve full legislative compliance.

REGULATIONS

Full adherence to best practice and demonstrable compliance including but not limited to:

  • All Fire Systems are designed, installed, commissioned and maintained in accordance with the requirements of BS5839.
  • All Fire Extinguishers & fire safety equipment are supplied, installed, commissioned and maintained in accordance with the requirements of BS5306
  • All Intruder Systems are designed, installed, commissioned and maintained in accordance with the requirements of PD6662:2017 (EN50131).
  • All CCTV Systems are designed, installed, commissioned and maintained in accordance with NACP104 (In conjunction with the requirements of BS EN 50132-7: 1996).
  • All Access Control Systems are designed, installed, commissioned and maintained in accordance with the requirements of BS EN 60839-11-2:2015 Alarm & Electronic Access Control Systems (EACS).
